Variasi Krim KEJU...cream cheese frosting/icing....

Semalam ada seorang sahabat bertanyakan tentang resepi cream cheese filling untuk kek red velvet..kebetulan pula saya memang dah berniat nak letakkan beberapa resepi buttercream dan cream cheese di sini....jadi elok benar la kan... saya mulakan dengan cream cheese dulu yer....Buttercream kita cerita di entry lain :)

Variasi cream cheese icing/frosting

Krim Keju 1
(krim yang lembut dan meleleh)
150 gm krim keju
30 gm mentega tanpa garam
60 gm gula aising
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
1 sudu teh paste Lemon
Pukul krim keju dan gula hingga kembang
Masukkan mentega, esen vanilla dan lemon paste
pukul sebati


Krim Keju 2 (dari Azlita masam manis - sesuai untuk deco)
200 gm krim keju
1 sudu teh lemon Paste
90 gm coklat masakan putih
150 gm krim bukan tenusu ~ Non Dairy Whipping Cream
8 gm gelatin
30 gm air
Cairkan gelatin
Cairkan coklat masakan cara double boiler
Satukan gelatin cair dalam coklat putih
Pukul krim keju dan paste lemon hingga lembut
Tambahkan adunan gelatin dan coklat putih
Dalam bekas pemutar lain, putar krim keju hingga kental
Satukan krim putar dalam krim keju dan kaup balik rata

Krim keju 3 (watch out! frosting agak manis)

Ingredients
  • 2 (8 oz) packs cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup milk, made need more
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Add softened cream cheese into large bowl.
  2. Pour in milk, butter and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour in half of the powdered sugar.
  5. Mix until combined.
  6. Add the remaining powdered sugar.
  7. Mix until smooth and fluffy.
  8. Use a spatula to scrape down the side of the bowl if needed.
Notes
If the frosting is too thick, add in a few drops of milk (about ¼ teaspoon) at a time and stir after each addition. It doesn’t take much liquid to thin it out. If you add too much milk, you’ll have to add more powdered sugar to thicken it back up which will make it sweeter.

Krim keju 4 (yang saya gunakan untuk kek red velvet)

125g cream cheese
50g unsalted butter
80g powdered sugar
1 cup fresh cream, whipped until stiff - i used double cream
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)


Method:
1. Beat cream cheese with butter until soft.
2. Turn mixer to low speed, add powdered sugar a little at a time. Whisk until well blended. Add lemon juice if you wish.
